Upwork closers

We are looking for Upwork projects closers - prefrably with Bidding experience too. Candidate with a strong background in winning projects on especially on Upwork will be prefered.

Please understand that were not looking for normal closers. Were looking for a sales hacker who have enough experience in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork (10-30 bids/day).
• Write custom proposals tailored to each job post
• Communicate with prospects and get the deals done
• Report performance metrics: views, replies, conversions
• Handle client communications, negotiations, and follow-ups professionally.
• Maintain a strong profile reputation and optimize gig listings to attract buyers.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure project requirements are understood before bidding.
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets through successful project acquisitions.
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for winning projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience on Upwork
• Strong understanding of proposal writing, and profile optimization.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in IT/software-related services bidding.
• Ability to convert bids into successful projects with long-term clients.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
