Video Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and direct promotional videos, ad campaigns, and branded content for our products/services.
• Lead the creative direction for all video content across digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Hire and manage cast, crew, and content creators for shoots and coordinate with external vendors when needed.
• Oversee all stages of video production: scripting, storyboarding, shooting, and post-production.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure visual messaging aligns with brand strategy.
• Supervise editors and motion designers; provide clear guidance on editing techniques, transitions, pacing, and sound design.
• Stay up to date with latest video editing tools, filming trends, and storytelling formats to continually elevate the content quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in directing branded video content, commercials, or digital storytelling.
• Strong understanding of video production workflows from pre to post.
• Experience with hiring and managing talent (cast, content creators, crew).
• Good command over video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc. (even if not editing yourself).
• Leadership qualities to inspire and manage a creative team.
• Excellent communication, time management, and project execution skills.

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience in creating viral video campaigns.
• Background in filmmaking, media, or visual communications.
• A strong portfolio with examples of previous campaigns, TVCs, or digital ads.

Working Days: 5 days a week.
