Position: Virtual Receptionist

Location: Room 109, 1st Floor, Uni Tower, I.I Chandigarh Rd, Karachi, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-Time

Timing: 6 PM to 3 AM, 5 days a week (aligned with US business hours)Roles and

Salary: 50k to 100k (as per experience)Benefits:

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide top-tier customer service and assist with inquiries.
• Handle basic sales-related tasks, such as providing product/service information.
• Transfer calls and take messages accurately.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Perform light administrative duties as required.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Fluent English speaker with an American accent (11/10 proficiency required).
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Some call answering experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree is required.
• Certifications in customer service or call center operations are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
