About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled YouTube SEO Expert to optimize our YouTube channel and videos for maximum visibility, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of YouTubes search algorithm, keyword research, metadata optimization, and audience retention strategies. You will be responsible for improving our video rankings, increasing organic traffic, and helping us grow our subscriber base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-traffic, low-competition opportunities for video content.
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum SEO impact.
• Analyze YouTube Analytics to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Improve click-through rates (CTR) and watch time through A/B testing and data-driven optimizations.
• Stay updated on YouTube algorithm changes and adjust strategies to maintain high rankings.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure videos are structured for SEO success.
• Implement playlist optimization strategies to increase viewer retention.
• Research competitors and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Suggest content ideas based on SEO potential and audience demand.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a YouTube SEO Specialist or Growth Marketer.
• Strong understanding of YouTubes search and discovery algorithms.
• Expertise in keyword research tools (e.g., TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Google Keyword Planner).
• Ability to analyze YouTube Analytics and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with A/B testing thumbnails, titles, and descriptions.
• Knowledge of trending topics and viral content strategies.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with content teams.
• Ability to track KPIs (views, CTR, watch time, subscriber growth).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing successful YouTube channels (either personal or for clients).
• Familiarity with video editing and thumbnail design best practices.
