You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and office policies, and assisting with budget preparation and audits. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of international accounting standards and financial principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist with internal audits.
  • Manage Fixed Asset Register and depreciation calculations.
  • Handle employee payroll and loan records.
  • Maintain and reconcile petty cash transactions.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank transactions daily.
  • Record foreign currency transactions and update exchange rates monthly.
  • Manage donation records and invoicing processes.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.

Qualification/Skills:

  • CMA/CA and bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions:

· Job Timing 7: 00 pm to 4:00 am (On-site)
