Sales Manager For Call Centre (USAShift)
About Us:
Join our dedicated team in promoting a unique and impactful Online Education and Quran campaign. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to in the same field lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, specifically related to Quran/ Online Education campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a British or American accent.
- Strong leadership qualities with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role for at least 2 -3 years.
- Strong understanding of the Quran campaign market.
- Ability to work USA timings.09:00 pm -06:00 am.
- Willing to do work in office at night Shift.
- Starting Salary Rs. 50,000/-70,000
- Gross Salary will based on Experience.
