Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Debt Collector, located in Rawalpindi. The Debt Collector will be responsible for contacting debtors to recover outstanding debts, negotiating and arranging payment plans, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and company policies. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive financial situations professionally.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience in debt collection, financial analysis, record-keeping, and reporting
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards
• Ability to work in an on-site environment in Rawalpindi with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
• Proficiency in using financial software tools and basic computer applications
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly
