We’re looking for motivated individuals eager to learn, grow, and support our consultants and clients.Job Description:M365consult is seeking a dedicated HR Virtual Assistant to support our recruitment and people operations. This role is ideal for a recent HR graduate who wants to work in a dynamic consulting environment and help us scale our Microsoft 365 consulting teams. You will assist with HR administration, recruitment coordination, and clear communication between candidates, hiring managers, and project leads.Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to final hiring, focused on roles within Microsoft 365 consulting.
• Manage job postings on relevant platforms, screen resumes, and schedule interviews using Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Maintain candidate databases in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Excel, SharePoint lists) and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and delivery teams, including document preparation in Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive, plus calendar management in Outlook.
• Engage with candidates via email and Teams, providing timely updates to ensure a positive candidate experience.Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week (approximately 172 hours per month).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
• SharePoint/OneDrive); comfortable with virtual collaboration tools.
• Prior experience in an HR, recruitment, or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.What We Offer:
