Our Client Camapany is seeking an experienced and visionary educational leader to head our A Level program. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the academic and operational aspects of the program, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and student outcomes in line with Cambridge standards.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide academic leadership and strategic direction for the A Level program2. Design, implement, and regularly review curriculum plans aligned with Cambridge Assessment International Education thresholds3. Monitor curriculum coverage across all subjects to ensure timely and complete delivery4. Conduct regular attendance audits and string checks to ensure student accountability and engagement5. Track student performance data, analyze trends, and coordinate academic interventions as needed6. Coordinate internal assessments, mock exams, and external Cambridge examination logistics7. Guide and support students through college applications, personal statements, and reference processes8. Lead and mentor the A Level teaching team through regular performance reviews, professional development, and collaborative planning9.
