In this position, the Manager (Finance) coordinates daily operational activities within the finance department, ensuring the smooth execution of financial processes and systems. This position demands proficiency with financial modeling, enterprise risk management, and performance measurement tools such as the balanced scorecard and SWOT analysis.

• Manage the daily operational activities of the finance department to ensure efficient financial processes and procedures.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve existing financial systems and workflows to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Conduct thorough financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities, using scenario planning and financial modeling techniques.
• Oversee revenue and expenditure processing, maintain the general ledger, and verify the accuracy of financial data and transactions.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with established accounting principles and regulatory frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 15 finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and teamwork.
• Organize and conduct regular department meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and ensure alignment with institutional financial goals.
