We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lead Generator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in identifying, qualifying, and managing leads for international markets. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of lead generation tools and strategies, along with excellent communication skills to support our business development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and generate qualified leads through online research, digital platforms, and professional databases.
• Utilize lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar platforms to build accurate prospect lists.
• Maintain and update lead data within CRM systems to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to provide warm leads for conversion.
• Assist in designing and implementing email outreach and follow-up campaigns.
• Conduct basic qualification calls or outreach messages to assess potential client interest.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support, preferably in IT, Healthcare, or Medical Billing industries.
• Proficiency in using lead extraction and CRM tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
• Strong analytical and research skills to identify relevant business opportunities.
• Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to manage large datasets and maintain data accuracy.
• Comfortable working on-site during U.S. EST night shift hours.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
