We're looking for an enthusiastic Email Marketing Executive who is passionate about crafting compelling email campaigns and driving results through B2B marketing. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing strategies that maximize open rates, engagement, and conversions. What You'll Do:

Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop strategies for lead generation and automation to enhance B2B outreach and nurture client relationships. Execute A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, body content, and CTAs for higher engagement. Ensure emails pass spam filters and improve email deliverability with best practices like inbox warming, IP rotation, and dedicated email protocols. Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversion data to continuously improve campaigns. Handle email list segmentation and data management to target the right audience effectively. Develop workflows for lead management and collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into customers. Key Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in B2B email marketing, particularly in lead gen and automation. Expertise with popular email platforms like Mailchimp, Aweber, HubSpot, and SendGrid. Solid understanding of CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, and HubSpot for managing customer data and campaign analytics. Familiarity with email verification tools (e.g., NeverBounce, BriteVerify) for ensuring clean, valid email lists. Experience with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
