Job Description Working knowledge of trade terms & conditions, documentation such as purchase & sale invoices, delivery challan, stock transfer and goods receipt notes, etc. Familiar with commercial trade transactions and payment conditions & procedures – booking of purchase, sales, transfers, etc. in the system Aware of sales tax and transport documentation procedures such as road transport permits/way-bills, carrier’s responsibilities, dispatch documentation, etc. Book closing procedures such as monthly stock reconciliation, physical verification reports of stocks, and preparing monthly stock reports; Maintain Position Maintain inventory file and update it on daily basis. Checking vendors’ /service providers bills against the work order and to verify the same for correctness/authenticity for the services rendered; Proper filing and maintenance of documents for future reference and audit whenever required; Escalating matters to higher level wherever required and not getting resolved by self.
