Job Description:

Mars BPO Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Customer Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound sales calls.
• Engage potential customers and promote company services.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Confidence and motivation to meet targets.
• Previous call center experience is a plus (but not mandatory).
• Willingness to work in a night shift environment.
