Mars BPO Pvt Ltd is hiring Customer Sales Representatives for our HVAC lead generation campaign. Your primary role will be to engage with homeowners over the phone, introduce them to our seasonal HVAC services, and schedule qualified appointments for our technicians.

NOTE: (Night Shift - International Campaign only)

For Full time.

We are offering 45k base salary along with lucrative bonus plans.

Requirements and skills

Proficiency in English.

Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and in-person visits.

Thorough understanding of marketing/sales and negotiating techniques.

Fast learner and passion for sales.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
