Position Overview
This is a full-time, remote position for candidates located in Pakistan. You will work directly with US-based clients, ensuring smooth scheduling operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and update employee and client schedules.
* Handle last-minute scheduling changes professionally.
* Maintain a backup list of available staff for urgent situations.
* Communicate scheduling updates clearly with employees and clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients for seamless operations.
Requirements
* Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
* Strong English communication skills, with good fluency and a clear accent.
* Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
* Attention to detail and organizational skills.
