Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with strong motion graphics expertise to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality visual content across static and dynamic formats. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to bring campaigns to life across digital, social, and video platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually compelling graphics for digital platforms including websites, social media, ads, emails, and presentations.
  • Create engaging motion graphics and animations for videos, social media reels, explainers, product launches, and more.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual content and adhere to established design guidelines.
  • Edit and enhance videos using motion graphics, typography, and visual effects to improve storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Stay updated with design trends, motion graphics techniques, and tools to keep creative output fresh and impactful.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both static design work and motion graphic projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with motion design principles, transitions, and animation storytelling.
  • Understanding of design for digital and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with 3D design software (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles or tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Basic sound design/editing skills for video work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
