Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer at Oladoc, you will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and creating compelling visual content that resonates with our audience. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop designs that communicate our brand message effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Create visually stunning and cohesive designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website assets. Experience with video editing is a plus.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all design assets and materials, adhering to brand guidelines while infusing creativity and fresh ideas.
• Concept Development: Brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas, layouts, and graphics to convey messages effectively and engage our target audience.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) to create high-quality visuals and graphics.
• Image Editing: Edit and retouch images to enhance their quality and fit the design requirements.
• Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.
• Deadline Adherence: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve your skills and contribute fresh ideas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Canva & Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of video editing is a plus.
