Job description

We are actively seeking a driven and detail-oriented QA Executive to strengthen our team. The right candidate must have proven experience in call centre operations, specifically in quality assurance. This role requires you to monitor call quality, provide constructive feedback to agents, identify areas for improvement, and make sure that company standards are strict.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months or 1 year of relevant experience in a call centre.
• Strong analytical skills to assess call quality with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• In-depth knowledge of BPO quality assurance procedures.
