Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager based in Lahore. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role involves collaborating with production teams, analyzing quality control measures, and continuously improving operational procedures to maintain the highest quality of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA team in maintaining and improving the company's quality management systems (QMS).
• Ensure all products meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, FSSAI, ISO, HACCP).
• Oversee quality control processes including raw materials, in-process checks, finished goods testing, and packaging validation.
• Develop, implement, and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the production facility.
• Investigate and resolve product quality complaints and non-conformances; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage lab operations and ensure all testing (microbiological, chemical, physical) is conducted as per standards.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits from regulatory bodies and clients.
• Provide training and support to production and quality staff on GMP, food safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators and report to senior management.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams for new product development and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field
• 5 to 7 year experience in QA deparment preferbly in food sector
• Skills in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Ability to collaborate with production teams and analyze quality control measures
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field
