• Assist in the execution of procurement activities in accordance with the Procurement Manual, including documentation and compliance tracking.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, RFQS, comparative statements, and purchase orders as part of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotation collection, order status updates, and basic negotiations under guidance.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather specifications and facilitate timely procurement actions.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and support vendor evaluation and onboarding activities.
  

Job Specifications

• The candidate must have Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field from HEC recognized University with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in procurement function.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with good communication and negotiation skills, the candidate familiar with SAP MM will be preferred.
