We are seeking a motivated and customer-focusedTravel Sales Consultantto join our growing team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will help design memorable travel experiences by offering expert advice, tailored packages, and seamless booking services. Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
• Plan, prepare, and book comprehensive travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transport, and tours.
• Use GDS platforms such asGalileoandSabrefor reservations and fare calculations.
• Promote and upsell travel packages, upgrades, and additional services.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client profiles usingCRM.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Resolve client issues efficiently and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination knowledge.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Proficiency inGlobal Distribution Systems (GDS)—Galileo & Sabre.
• Strongcommunicationskills.
• Previoussales or customer serviceexperience in travel or a related field.
• Familiarity withCRM systemsand theMicrosoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about delivering top-notch travel experiences.
