Admin Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to oversee and streamline administrative operations across all departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office resources, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, maintaining smooth office functioning, and supporting cross-functional teams in achieving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day administrative operations of the office, including facilities management, supplies, security, and maintenance.
  • Manage support staff and assign responsibilities effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of office inventory, equipment, and purchases.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for office needs.
  • Prepare and manage administrative budgets, reports, and expense records.
  • Support in planning and execution of office events, travel arrangements, and logistics.
  • Act as the point of contact between the management and internal/external stakeholders for all admin-related matters.
  • Travel across Pakistan for assigned tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role (Admin Manager or Office Manager) for 3+ years.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
