Amazon Marketplace Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Amazon Expert to manage and grow our presence on the Amazon Marketplace. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, strong analytical skills, and proven experience in optimizing listings, managing PPC campaigns, and increasing product visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts
• Create, update, and enhance product listings with compelling content, images, keywords, and A+ content
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and ranking
• Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns; monitor performance and adjust bids accordingly
• Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and competition to identify opportunities
• Monitor and maintain high seller performance metrics, including reviews, feedback, order defect rate, etc.
• Handle inventory forecasting and ensure stock levels are maintained to prevent OOS situations
• Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience managing Amazon Seller or Vendor accounts
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon algorithms, PPC strategies, and listing optimization
• Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Amazon Brand Analytics, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with international Amazon marketplaces (optional but preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Amazon Advertising Certification
• Experience with other e-commerce platforms like eBay, Walmart, or Shopify is a plus
