Job Purpose: Analysis of the raw materials, purchase samples, consumable sample, and in-house standard. Key Responsibilities:
- To perform Sampling & testing of raw Materials, DI water and Purchase samples.
- Hands on experience of Raman Analyzer,HPLC, GC, FTIR, KF Titrator and physical Testing equipment.
- Understanding of SLIMS and basics of 21 CFR part II.
- Authoring of documents eg SOP, Risk Assessment and comparative reports etc
- Develop and update the control procedure
- DMF review and awareness of CTD requirements
- Understanding of onboarding of new supplier
- Awareness of MSDS and can easily perform EHS risk assessments
- Quality Compliance knowledge and escalation of Quality risks/incidents as per company guidelines
- Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.
- Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.
- Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.
Skills and Competencies:
- Pharm D. or MSc (Chemistry or Microbiology)
- Fresh to 2 Years experience preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry
- Experience in a Quality Control (QC) lab environment will be an asset
