Assistant Manager Project Finance
Job description
- Assist in Commercial Bid / Tender preparation
- Assist in Contracts Negotiations & Management
- Assist in Project Correspondence and Execution
- Assist in Invoicing and Payments Collection
- Assist in Financial Controlling & Cash Flow Management.
- Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation - both internal and third party.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Qualification: BBA /MBA or ICMA/ACCA Finalist
- Gender: Male/ Female
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel Dashboard Reporting
- Strong expertise in Financial Reporting
- Ability to streamline operational workflows for projects
- Experience in budget preparation and analysis (Budget vs. Actual comparison)
- Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
- Analytical problem-solving to address and resolve EPC project concerns effectively
- Strong communication skills for clear reporting, stakeholder coordination, and team collaboration
