Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Executive with 6-12 months of experience in B2B sales, with a specialization in LinkedIn cold outreach. This is a full-time, on-site role where youll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and build a consistent pipeline of potential clients.Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target prospects using LinkedIn and other channels
  • Execute personalized cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn messaging and follow-ups
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for senior team members
  • Maintain lead data and performance tracking in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach with ongoing campaigns
  • Report on outreach metrics and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates

Requirements

  • 6-12 months of proven experience in business development or lead generation
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn for B2B prospecting (Sales Navigator or similar)
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of Web3, SaaS, or digital product ecosystems is a plus
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to meet outreach targets
  • Willingness to work full-time from our office location
