Business Development Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in IT services or software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term customers. This role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and market research skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through online platforms.
• Research and analyze target markets, trends, and potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Prepare business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, project management) to align solutions with client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a well-organized pipeline using CRM tools.
• Meet quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a software house or IT company.
• Familiarity with lead generation tools, platforms, and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in making cold calls, sending outreach emails, and engaging in client interactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
