This role begins with a commission-based model during a 3-month probation and offers a pathway to a permanent role with a fixed salary plus commission based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify B2B and B2C business opportunities within IT services.

· Initiate and nurture strategic partnerships with clients, startups, and enterprises looking for custom tech solutions.

· Collaborate with internal teams (developers, designers, product managers) to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

· Create and execute effective business development strategies for lead generation, client acquisition, and market expansion.

· Participate in sales pitches, pre-sales meetings, and solution presentations to potential clients.

· Maintain accurate CRM records, track business development metrics, and provide regular progress reports to leadership.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (IT), or a related field.

· 3 years of experience in business development or sales preferably in the IT services or software development industry.

· Strong understanding of web/mobile development, SaaS platforms, or digital transformation services.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· A self-starter with a growth mindset, capable of working independently and remotely.
