Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist.

Job Description:

  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify, research, and target high-potential prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong professional connections through personalized messaging, content sharing, and active engagement on LinkedIn.
  • Execute structured follow-up strategies via LinkedIn, email marketing campaigns, and cold calling to nurture leads and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation, branding, and communication efforts (LinkedIn, email, cold calls) with overall business goals.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation activities, including response rates, email open rates, click-through rates, cold calling outcomes, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
  • Stay current with LinkedIns features, email marketing trends, cold calling best practices, and lead generation tools to continuously optimize outreach efforts.
  • Document and share best practices for outreach, follow-ups, lead management, cold calling techniques, and email campaign performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong experience in writing proposals and pitch decks tailored to diverse client needs.
  • Proven ability to craft engaging outreach messages, follow-up strategies, email marketing campaigns, and cold calling scripts that drive results.
  • Expertise in building and managing targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, and cold calling techniques.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and content strategies for LinkedIn, email marketing, and overall digital presence.
  • Experience in cold calling with a proven track record of turning cold prospects into opportunities; ability to script and deliver effective calls with professionalism and confidence.
  • Strong research skills to identify and qualify leads effectively for LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold calling.
  • Understanding of key cold calling metrics, including call-to-meeting conversion rates, objections handling, and script optimization.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 90,000 salary + Sales commission
