Call Center Representative

Job Description:We are seeking a Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide customer support, and resolve inquiries efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Handle complaints, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process orders, returns, and service requests.
• Maintain call records and update the CRM system.
• Follow company scripts and guidelines for quality assurance.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
