Role Overview:
The Client Success Manager (CSM) plays a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth. As the main point of contact between clients and the recruitment team, the CSM manages client relationships, oversees the delivery of recruitment services, resolves issues, and identifies opportunities for expanding partnerships. This role is pivotal in ensuring that clients achieve their hiring goals effectively and receive an outstanding service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal recruitment teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless service delivery.
- Understand client hiring needs, culture, and business objectives to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Monitor active projects, ensuring that client expectations regarding timelines, quality, and deliverables are met or exceeded.
- Handle client queries, concerns, or escalations promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular check-ins and satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and assess service quality.
- Collaborate with the recruitment, marketing, and leadership teams to improve service offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities (e.g., additional roles, consulting services, employer branding solutions).
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and outcomes using CRM tools.
- Support contract renewals and negotiation discussions.
- Report on client account health, performance metrics, and client satisfaction levels to senior management.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or client success roles, preferably within the recruitment, staffing, or HR services industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

- Client retention rate
- Client satisfaction score (e.g., NPS)
- Response and resolution time for client issues
- Upselling/cross-selling success
- Recruitment project delivery timelines

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
