Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Key Responsibilities:Manage the recovery of overdue amount from customers in efficient and timely manners
Lead and supervise a team of recovery officers, providing guidance, setting targets, monitoring performance, and take corrective measures where necessary
Prepare statutory reports for management (e.g. Weekly/Monthly Recovery Report) Staffs Performance Report related to recovery.
Develop and implement effective recovery strategies. Identify Root Causes / Potential Risks / Opportunities to boost Recoveries
Take necessary action w.r.t. Clients Application related to Dues Re-scheduling, Cancelation / Reopening of Files, Penalties etc.
Engage with delinquent clients to negotiate repayment plans, settlements, or restructuring options where applicable.
Periodic Site Visit to be updated related upcoming site activities for discussion with clients and Possession Matters
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recovery operations or client relationship management, preferably in real estate.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
Ability to prepare performance reports and make data-driven recommendations.
