Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, upselling and cross-selling products/services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Promote and sell company services to existing and potential customers.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products based on customer interest and purchase history.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in customer service and/or sales (1-2 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
