Technician
Requirements:· A B-Tech (Hon) in biomedical / electronics engineering.
· A minimum of 2 years experience as a biomedical / electronic technician.
· Technical skill & knowledge of biomedical / electronics equipment troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and validating.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information in laymans terms.
· Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced medical environment.
Strong technical skill to proper use standard test tool for equipment output validation and data recording in CMMS.
· Ability to develop maintenance work instructions.
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES
· Basic knowledge of Hygiene.
· Physically Fit.
· Respectful attitude towards coordinators &colleagues.
· Ability to follow simple instructions in English and Urdu pertaining to work responsibilities.
1. Regular Duties/Responsibilities
· Performing routine maintenance of biomedical/electronic equipment through troubleshooting, repairing, testing, calibrating, and output validating.
· Performing prevent maintenance (PM) of biomedical/electronic equipment as per defined processes, procedures, and protocols.
· Installing and commissioning and inventory of new equipment according to equipment specifications.
· Operate a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to update and recording maintenance data.
· Respond & resolve technical faults on an emergency call.
· Ensuring maintenance of all equipment meets compliance standards of safety and qualityand compliance with relevant laws.
2. PERIODIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
· Attend monthly council meetings.
· Attend training/re-training sessions according to schedule.
