Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative(Female Preferred) to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive company image. Helping students achieve their dreams of studying abroad

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Basic Knowledge of Study Abroad and Immigration Processes (UK, Canada, Europe, etc.)
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/service problems by clarifying the customers complaint and determining the cause.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems.
• Identify and report trends in customer feedback to help improve processes and products.

Requirements:

• bachelors degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
