As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional assistance and solutions for their inquiries and concerns. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of phone calls
- Should know how to take proper address from customer
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues via email, phone, chat & Social media handles
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with a courier company to ensure smooth delivery process.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior representatives or supervisors.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide excellent customer service.
- Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and address customer concerns.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google sheets.
