Employee Branding Intern

Key Responsibilities:

-- Assist in developing and executing employer branding campaigns (social media, blogs, newsletters).

--Support internal initiatives like onboarding, events, and employee engagement programs.-- Create engaging content (videos, testimonials, photos) highlighting employee stories, perks, and culture.-- Manage and grow our LinkedIn/Talent Brand pages and other relevant platforms.Analyze competitor employer branding strategies and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or related field.- Strong writing, editing, and social media skills (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).- Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling (experience with Canva, Adobe, or video editing is a plus).- Passion for workplace culture, diversity, and talent engagement.
