Were now looking to add a motivated Organic Lead Generation Specialist to our team — someone who thrives on building real connections and turning curiosity into qualified leads.

What Youll Do:

  • Research and identify ideal prospects within our target industries (using tools like LinkedIn, niche forums, online communities, etc.)
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies that attract and engage potential leads — no paid ads, just smart organic work
  • Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to align lead-gen efforts with overall growth strategy
  • Track, analyze, and optimize outreach campaigns based on KPIs (CTR, reply rates, conversions, etc.)
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach and lead status using CRM tools

What Were Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in organic lead generation, outreach, or digital marketing
  • Proven ability to find and engage qualified leads without relying on paid media
  • Excellent written communication and persuasive messaging skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Slack communities, Reddit, and other niche channels for organic prospecting
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with tools like Apollo, Hunter.io, Phantombuster, or other lead-gen platforms
  • Worked with creative or digital agencies before
  • A basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
