Guest Relation Officer(GRO)

Key Responsibility & Duties:-

• The position will serve as links between the customers and Fun City.
• Use product knowledge to showcase the products that our company can offer to its valuable customers, Respond to questions, Identify and overcome objections.
• Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects.
• Report weekly sales goals and objectives to Centre Manager.
• Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals.
• Maintain a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with customers.

Education: Minimum bachelors in mass communication, Business Administration/Marketing or similar field.

Experience: Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales of minimum 2 years.

Skill Required

Technical & General: -

• Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
• Good knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Audacity or other media editing software
• Experience with content management
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills & Team player
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
