Job Overview:Were seeking an HR Executive and Trainees to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations for our creative team. Youll bridge talent with opportunity, ensuring our studio remains a hub of inspiration and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Source, screen, and hire top talent for design, animation, and support roles.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate seamless onboarding.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Resolve concerns and nurture a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
  • Compliance & Policies:
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and update HR policies.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify skill gaps and organize workshops (e.g., software training).
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain records, manage attendance, and support payroll.
  • Shift Coordination:
  • Oversee smooth operations between the shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of HR experience; creative industry exposure is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS) and MS Office.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, creative environment.
