HR Executive
Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment & HR Operations Executive to support both recruitment activities and day-to-day HR operations. This role involves managing the entire hiring cycle while also assisting with HR documentation, employee engagement, HRIS maintenance, and other administrative HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Draft and post job descriptions across job portals and social media platforms.
- Actively source candidates via job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate databases and provide timely feedback to applicants.
- Assist with offer letter issuance and onboarding processes.
HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records in the Flow HCM system.
- Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents such as employment contracts, promotion letters, and exit documents.
- Handle attendance tracking, leave records, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with payroll team.
- Address routine employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and documentation.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain and update HR trackers, reports, and personnel files.
Requirements:
- Bachelors /Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR software - Flow HCM.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling both recruitment and core HR functions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive, with a strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
Work Environment & Travel:
- Office-based role with periodic travel requirements.
- Interaction with various internal and external stakeholders, including Board members and government entities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
