Ecommerce Customer Support

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented e-commerce customer support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in order management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirm Shopify orders and update the system.
• Contact customers to verify order status.
• Ensure accurate information is recorded for each order.
• Handle any inquiries or issues related to order confirmation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Shopify.
• Good communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency is a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information:

• Experience: Prior experience in similar roles is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Sundays off).
• Location: Must be able to commute to Rawalpindi/Islamabad, with a preference for candidates based near the Main Expressway, Dhok Kala Khan Interchange, Rawalpindi-Islamabad. Preference for those with personal conveyance.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to Rs25,000.00 per month
