IT Project Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Coordinator to oversee the delivery and performance of IT services across the organization. This role is critical in ensuring operations, effective client management, adherence to IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices, and the successful delivery of IT projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between IT and the business, ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversea the IT service delivery function, ensuring services meet or exceed established SLAs and KPIs.
• Implement and optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project and service delivery aligned with business goals.
• Monitor service desk operations, incident management, and change control to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Develop and maintain service documentation, including SOPs, SLAs, OLAs, and knowledge base articles.
• Provide first-level support and basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user systems.
• Conduct regular service reviews with clients and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee vendor and third-party service provider relationships to ensure quality and compliance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT service delivery, client management, and IT project management.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken) and the ability to communicate effectively across global teams and with clients.
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, time zones, and fast-paced environments; capable of handling on-call duties or extended hours when necessary.
• Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL v3 or v4 certification preferred).
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-impact IT solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of core IT concepts including networks, servers, databases, operating systems, and cloud services.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as hardware, software, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, user account management, and basic system administration tasks.
