LinkedIn Digital Marketing Specialist

We are a UK-based B2B technology company specializing in cybersecurity and internet solutions. Our mission is to help businesses worldwide protect their digital environments and maintain secure, reliable connectivity. As part of our growing team, we are looking for a skilled marketing professional to drive our LinkedIn presence and lead generation efforts. We are seeking a results-oriented LinkedIn Digital Marketing Specialist to join our office. This is a full-time, onsite role ideal for someone with hands-on experience in B2B LinkedIn marketing, content strategy, and digital campaign execution—particularly in the cybersecurity and tech sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategy
• Create and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns focused on lead generation
• Produce thought leadership content that strengthens our brand authority in cybersecurity
• Grow and engage our LinkedIn audience through regular posting and interaction
• Support broader digital marketing initiatives targeting B2B decision-makers
• Collaborate with technical teams to create clear and compelling messaging for complex solutions
• Develop marketing materials such as white papers, blog posts, and case studies
• Monitor performance analytics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on LinkedIn
• Minimum bachelors degree.
• Proven ability to run successful LinkedIn campaigns and generate leads
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Sales Navigator
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn algorithms and platform best practices
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
• Excellent written communication and technical content writing skills
• Understanding of the B2B sales cycle in the tech industry
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• LinkedIn Advertising Certification
• Experience scaling LinkedIn company pages and increasing engagement
• Knowledge of cybersecurity trends and industry terminology
• Ability to understand and communicate IT infrastructure concepts

Working Hours:

• 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
• Aligns with UK business hours for international collaboration
