Job Title: SEO Expert / SEO Specialist

FP Insoles is a growing Ecommerece focused on delivering top-quality services and products to our audience. We are seeking a skilled and result-driven SEO Expert to take ownership of our organic growth in terms of SEO, search engine performance, and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.
  • Optimize website structure, content, metadata, headings, and URLs.
  • Improve search engine indexing, crawlability, and website speed.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Collaborate with the content, marketing, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in SEO.
  • Generate monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
  • Proficient with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
  • Familiar with HTML/CSS, website structure, and technical optimization.
  • Ability to analyze data, trends, and KPIs to make SEO decisions.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in content strategy and marketing.
  • Familiarity with schema markup, local SEO, and performance optimization tools.
  • Knowledge of website speed optimization and mobile-first SEO.
