We are seeking enthstic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Medical Billing team. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in the healthcare revenue cycle industry. As a Medical Billing Fresher, you will undergo comprehensive training and gain hands-on experience in processing claims, resolving billing issues, and ensuring the accuracy of claim submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist in the end-to-end processing of medical claims to insurance companies.
- Develop an understanding of medical billing terms, insurance policies, and basic coding.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims in compliance with industry standards.
- Follow up on pending or denied claims and assist in resolving billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to verify patient information and insurance details.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of patient data and billing records.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior knowledge of medical billing is an advantage.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (preference for Healthcare, Finance, or related fields).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and data entry tasks.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, if required.
