Were looking for two motivated Freelance Bidders to help us generate business through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr. The ideal candidates will know how to identify quality leads, write persuasive proposals, and close deals independently.

Were hiring for two shifts:

Shift 1: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (PKT) (Day)

Shift 2: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (PKT) (Night)

Responsibilities:

. Identify and bid on relevant projects on freelance platforms

. Craft personalized, high-quality proposals tailored to client needs

. Follow up with prospects and convert them into clients

. Maintain a record of bids and track performance

. Collaborate with internal teams to hand off secured projects smoothly

Requirements:

. Proven experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or Bark

. Excellent written and spoken communication and bidding skills

. Ability to work independently and close deals on your own

. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
