Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design & Concept Development: Partner with marketing and content teams to design engaging graphics for digital and print platforms such as websites, social media, brochures, banners, and more.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with the companys brand identity, creating a cohesive and impactful visual presence across all touchpoints.
• Visual Storytelling: Develop eye-catching visuals that convey key messages, captivate audiences, and enhance user engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver design solutions that support business goals and objectives.
• Project Management: Juggle multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Revisions & Feedback: Handle design revisions with a keen eye for detail, ensuring final deliverables align with the teams vision and objectives.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create high-quality designs for both digital and print media.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma/Sketch for UI/UX design. Basic familiarity with Canva is required.
• Additional Skills: Knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, Adobe XD/InVision for web design is a plus.
• Creativity & Attention to Detail: A strong eye for design elements, including color theory, typography, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Educational Background: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered.
