IT Support Technician

This is a part time role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to oversee and manage our organizations IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and support for all users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hardware, software, networking, and website management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain intranet, internet, and Exchange server for seamless communication.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for internal users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer software, hardware, and network devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently.
• Ensure UPS systems function properly for uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain computers, printers, and servers for optimal performance.
• Manage website updates, client software renewals, and domain-related issues.
• Oversee domain management and resolve related concerns for the Lahore office.
• Implement and enforce security policies for remote employees to ensure data protection and compliance.
• Monitor and secure remote access to company resources, ensuring adherence to cybersecurity best practices.
• Manage endpoint security, including encryption and remote device management, to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and server maintenance.
• Experience in software/hardware troubleshooting and technical support.
• Proficiency in website management and domain administration.
• Expertise in remote workforce security, including endpoint management and access control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
